- 2. I am a former student/I haven’t graduated yet. Can I apply?
Check the call for applications, under the section ‘Admission requirements’, to see if you fall within the target categories.
- 3. I obtained my qualification abroad. Can I apply?
Check the call for applications to see whether it is possible to apply with a foreign qualification and to find out about any equivalence requirements.

- 4. Where can I find the application guidelines?
You will find instructions on how to submit your application in the call. The forms to be completed are usually provided in the appendices to the call. Please pay particular attention to this point and do not submit any self-produced or non-compliant material.
- 5. Can I submit my application using my regular email address (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) or do I have to use a certified email address (PEC)? Can I use a certified email address (PEC) that belongs to a parent or friend?
If specified in the call for applications, you may use your personal email address. Where submission via a certified email account (PEC) is required, please note that this must be your own personal account. Submissions via the certified email accounts of relatives, third parties, etc. will not be accepted.
- 6. What happens if I forget to include the required subject line in the email/PEC?
The subject line of your application is an important part of the process. Failure to follow the instructions set out in the call for applications puts you at risk of being excluded. You should therefore take particular care to enter the correct subject line, as specified in the call for applications. This is usually clearly highlighted.
- 7. I made a mistake when submitting my application/I did not submit all the required documentation. How can I rectify this? Can I send a second, corrected submission?
If you have submitted your application incorrectly, you risk being excluded from the call for applications. You may submit a new application with all the required documentation within the specified timeframe, thereby cancelling your previous submission. In this case, only the most recent submission will be considered.
- 8. In what format should I send the documents?
Documents must be submitted exclusively in non-editable formats (such as PDF and PDF/A). Other editable formats will not be accepted.
- 9. How are the scores calculated?
The evaluation criteria are set out in the call for applications: it is the selection panel that determines the evaluation grids and the marks to be awarded.

- 13. Is the award included in my income? Is the amount shown net or gross? What taxes will be deducted?
